How Reveel Bangladesh ships your orders and what to expect at checkout and at your door.

Coverage

We deliver across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners. Available service areas and any exceptions are confirmed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Processing time

Orders are typically verified and prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (or order confirmation for cash on delivery). During sales or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer—we will notify you if there is an unusual delay.

Delivery time

Estimated transit depends on your city or region and the courier’s schedule. Major cities are often faster than remote areas. The estimated range shown at checkout is indicative; public holidays, weather, or courier load may affect actual delivery dates.

Delivery fees

Shipping cost is calculated from your address, parcel size/weight, and any active promotions. You will always see the exact delivery fee before you pay—nothing hidden.

Cash on delivery (COD)

Where COD is available, please keep the payable amount ready and verify the parcel in front of the courier when possible. If you refuse a valid order without a prior agreement with us, future COD eligibility may be restricted.

Address & receiving

• Provide a complete address and a reachable phone number.
• Failed delivery attempts due to wrong details or unreachable recipients may incur redelivery fees.
• Inspect the outer packaging on delivery; report obvious damage to the courier and contact us immediately with photos.
